After successfully launching finleap in Italy in 2018, we now want to accelerate our growth further into other European markets. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Business Development Poland (f/m/div)

The position is a new leadership role, reporting into our Managing Director Dr. Carolin Gabor. You will drive and establish the on-site business development of finleap in Poland in close alignment with our Berlin based General Management Team and steer the strategic plans and exploration of business opportunities.

While being closely connected to our team in Berlin, this is a remote role for someone already being located in Poland and deeply rooted in the industry there.

What will keep you challenged?

  • As a pioneer in the Polish market you explore business opportunities for potential finleap portfolio companies.

  • Together with market defining and forward-thinking key partners you generate leads and negotiate cooperations which set us on a track of success.

  • You will strengthen finleap’s brand in the Polish market and relevant industries (Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech) as company builder which reshapes finance.

  • The evaluation of new business ideas for finleap to start new ventures by leveraging existing assets of finleap will be led by you in cooperation the international management team in Berlin.


What will make you succeed?

  • 10+ years relevant experience in the area Business Development and/or Sales

  • Extensive experience in creating and fostering partnerships with high-potential key players

  • Superior strategic thinking skills will allow you to map out finleaps way to disrupting the Polish FinTech market.

  • Proven analytical acumen leads you to making the right decisions and evaluating potential business leads.

  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (both C1 or higher)

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the talent to recognize and grab great opportunities in front of you will help you to put finleap on the front runner position of the Polish FinTech Scene.

  • Your strong network in the market is a jump-start for you and us to grow a business.

  • Thus, finleap will be new on the Polish FinTech market, you aren’t new to the industry and knows the local competition and development very well.

  • Ideally, you bring a SaaS background to the table which will help you to understand the products of our portfolio and evaluate similar businesses.
