With our new venture, we want to support small and medium-sized companies in arriving sustainably in the digital age of corporate management. To achieve this, we do not need to adapt SMEs to digitization, but rather adapt our products to the needs of entrepreneurs.

That's why we are building a SaaS platform that will enable SMEs in German-speaking countries to use precisely the digital service that best helps them to manage their business optimally and to be able to concentrate on their core business more carefree.


The challenge: To pick up our customers where they are and take them to a state-of-the-art Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that opens doors for them.

Your role as Head of Channel Sales & Strategic Partnerships is to create a network of partnerships with multipliers who already enjoy the trust of the industry and can become ambassadors for our product. 


What challenges you?

  • Sales. You have a clear mission and establish new channels besides direct sales to sell our B2B SaaS product with a wide reach.
  • Partnerships. You are looking for multipliers who will open further doors to our target group and make them ambassadors at eye level by building and maintaining existing and new cooperations and partnerships.
  • Responsibility. We are still at the very beginning and you are not only driving your sales but also building and leading your team of about 5 colleagues.
  • Development. In order to survive in the market, you will design and implement suitable cooperation and remuneration models.
  • Presentation. As a passionate sales professional you love the stage to sell your product and you (re)present us at the leading industry events.

    Requirements

    What makes you successful?


    • Experience & ambition. After about 4 years of professional experience in B2B and SaaS sales, you would now like to take the next step, take on holistic responsibility and make us the most successful product on the market.
    • Market knowledge & curiosity. Ideally, you already know the market segment for small and medium-sized companies or have already worked in the environment of industry associations, guilds and trade fairs and want to further conquer this dance sector.
    • Negotiation talent & relationship management. Thanks to your targeted and relationship-oriented communication, you will be able to build long-term partnerships and conclude cooperation agreements after successful negotiations.
    • Empathy & Tech Know-How. You understand the needs of our target group, but also feel at home in the tech and software sector, so that you can bring both worlds together.
    • German & English. Must be at least business fluent in both. Your partners speak German, your colleagues English.
