We are searching for an HR Manager - Talent Management (f/m/div) that will become a member of our People & Organization team. You and your colleagues accompany our employees through their entire time at finleap and our portfolio companies. For us it doesn’t matter if we’re called Business Partner, Consultant of Manager – it’s important to us that our knowledge and excellent work help in shaping successful companies.


What will keep you challenged

  • As HR Manager, you focus on talent management and building strong relationships to our employees, managers and board of directors.
  • You attend to everyday tasks such as on- and offboarding and relocation processes while continuously improving and developing these. Administering tools is part of the routine and simplifies the tasks for the whole team.
  • While implementing and driving policies, programs and processes to develop needed skills, knowledge, and experience, you advise on talent management within the portfolio companies you consult.
  • Your stakeholders can rely on your profound knowledge of German employment law.
  • Projects for your portfolio companies such as feedback and performance processes, career path models, benchmarks and trainings fuel your creativity.
  • You proactively identify issues, trends as well as requirements and, where necessary, fuel the interaction between your stakeholders, the People Operations and Recruiting teams with advice and recommended actions.

Requirements

What will make you succeed?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in HR management and a relevant degree in the field of business administration, psychology or similar.

  • You have very good English skills (min. C1 level) and good German skills.

  • The balance between long term projects and urgent ad hoc tasks as well as empathy and assertiveness give you the ability to consult and collaborate with your colleagues and stakeholders and help you build and maintain strong business relationships. 

  •  Your working style lives through trust, responsibility and communication.

  • A detailed eye with a sense of the big picture, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, a resourceful approach and curiosity to shape as well as optimize processes and structures round up your profile.
